The movie features Sonam Bajwa, Tania, Gitaz Bindrakhia, and Gurjazz in significant roles. Written by Jagdeep Sidhu of ‘Qismat 2’ fame, “Godday Godday Chaa” is a family-friendly film directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, a National award-winning director known for his work on “Harjeeta” as well as the beloved Punjabi hits “Guddiyan Patole” and “Kali Jotta“.
Expressing her thoughts on the film, Sonam Bajwa shared, “I believe it’s crucial to showcase stories of great significance. ‘Godday Godday Chaa’ is a satirical commentary on the patriarchal norms and customs prevalent in the past. My character, Rani, undergoes an intriguing journey, and overall, it’s a beautiful and heartwarming movie. Working on this film was an absolute delight.”
