Amrinder Gill stars in the upcoming, “Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya,” written by Amberdeep Singh. The movie is set to release on July 29, 2022, and its teaser was just released on YouTube. This was exactly what we were expecting from this film!
The trailer for the movie appears to take place in old London, likely before India became independent. One thing that you notice right away is the brilliant cinematography and camerawork! Old London is a remarkable setting for shooting a movie but doesn’t make it any easier. Amrinder Gill has done an excellent job as director of Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya.

The dialogue in Amrinder Gill’s voice is enough to give you chills and hint at what can be expected in the movie. The teaser has various scenes of turban-wearing Sikhs, probably soldiers, saving lives. “The story of those who settled others while desolating themselves.” says the teaser.

A background score, usually not in Punjabi movies, intensifies the movie’s emotion. From what we have seen so far, this is not like other Punjabi movies: it’s not a regular comedy or love story. It’s about Punjab and its self-sacrifice and sons born on the consecrated land of Punjab.
One duo that never disappoints is Amberdeep’s Singh, with Amrinder Gill. They are both masters of their respective fields and the coming together of both will be a masterpiece.
