Yesterday, the former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal passed away at the age of 95. Along with political leaders, stars from the Punjabi industry have also expressed profound sorrow over his death. Singers Mika Singh and Khudabakhsh shared posts on their respective Instagram accounts expressing their grief at the demise of the former Chief Minister.

The renowned Punjabi and Bollywood singer, Mika Singh, has shared his condolences for the late Chief Minister on his Instagram account. In his post, he described the former leader as “a great man, the real Sardar of Punjab,” who governed the state for over half a century. Mika Singh also stated that despite the arrival and departure of many politicians, Parkash Singh Badal was a unique personality who no one has ever been or will ever be like. He concluded by saying that the name of Parkash Singh Badal will be the only one remembered.
Khudabakhsh and Afsana Khan were also filled with emotions over the demise of Parkash Singh Badal.

Singer Afsana Khan and her brother, Khudabakhsh, have also mourned the loss of former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal. Khudabakhsh shared a video on his social media account, expressing their sorrow. In the video, he stated that they hailed from the same village as the late leader and had a familial relationship with him, which was not political. He expressed deep sadness at the news and went on to say that Badal Sahib was not just a political name, but they take pride in the fact that he was more than that.
Reportedly, Parkash Singh Badal was admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali a few days ago due to respiratory issues.
